Why? Your DoCs apply to the modules you sell. Such a DOC doesn't have to 
be a DOC that is valid in the OEM's country, because such a supply of a 
DOC is outside the scope of any Directive, and the OEM has to produce 
its own DOC, and THAT one has to be valid in the country where the 
product is sold. Yours doesn't.

But check with your lawyer. I'm sure I'm right, but....
