FCC - 47 CFR 25 and 47 CFR 90 Subpart Z - however the FCC have received a
number of petitions for reconsideration of several of the requirements
including that for the use of contention-based protocol for equipment to
operate in this band. 2 months ago they told me that any application for
equipment authorizations under 47 CFR 90 subpart Z will likely be delayed
until appropriate resolution of the open petitions.

R&TTE - the following harmonised standards:
EMC: EN 301 489-4
RF: EN 301 753 (EN 301 021 and EN 301 126-2-1 being the applicable equipment
standards)
Safety: EN 60950-1 and EN 50385

regards
Charlie
