Bob, Contrary to a previous response, CCIR has nothing to do with CISPR. CCIR has now become ITU-R. However, I have searched on the ITU website and been unable to find this report. It may be so old that it has been superseded by a different ITU publication. You don't say what the title or subject of the report is, but it may be worth searching the ITU-R publications with the title, subject, or some keywords. http://www.itu.int/home/index.html
