Not so.  Stores such as Office Depot, Office Max, et. al. sell product
for business office use.  These products certainly can be Class A.

Anything sold in a shop/store should be Class B, because it is *likely*
to be used in a home. There are specialist stores which create 'grey
areas', but then things are never entirely straightforward.
