Ernest, assuming you refer to POTS than 0.045" is a more reasonable number when you route on an external layer. Also, you need to think about trace width that can handle power cross and lightning currents, something like 0.055" comes to mind as being able to handle the fault currents. Another tidbit: don't place T over R - the heating effect will fail you.
