Concerning electrical safety:

EN 61010-1 is also used for control, lab and measurement equipment, not only
for invitro diagnostic medical devices.

EN 60335-1 excludes appliances intended exclusively for industrial purposes
(see scope)


Concerning EMC:
EN 61326 is normally applicable when EN 61010-1 is used unless there are
better specific product related standards. EN 55014 is mostly for household
equipment, but is it also used for industrial equipment ?

So I still confused.

It's not a medical device! EN 60335-1 with any applicable section of EM
60335-2 would be appropriate.

No, that's for test equipment! EN 55014-1 and -2 would apply, but you
might well need other standards for shipboard use, despite what you have
been told.
