All exemptions are granted until 2010, when they come up for review. The text appended to that particular exemption is toothless, redundant wording, probably "bureacrateeze" or lost-in-translation.

However, it does not state when in 2010, and as you say, all exemptions are due for review by then, so all will be candidates for removal or extension as seems appropriate at the time. The implication is that that particular one may be removed then without review, but I would be surprised if that were so. I guess that we will all need to try to keep in touch with the review process to get a heads-up at the earliest opportunity. Best regards Neil R.
