Shawn,

I am not aware of any regulation governing this, but I believe such marking is
recommended but voluntary.

However, I recall some packaging instructions many years ago that specified a
circumference of the opening of 14 inches, which would seem credible in
relation to the size of a small childs head.

Subject: safety sticker on plastic bags

Hello All,

I believe there is a requirement that requires to have a safety sticker on
plastic bags above a certain size warning that childrens could suffocate
themselves with these bags.

Do you know the size of a bag that would require such a sticker and the text
required ?

Thanks in advance,

Shawn
