The formally correct answer is that the normal mains emission limits of
CISPR22 apply, because no concession has yet been agreed by CISPR.

 CISPR have been working on this for many years but the conflict between
"protecting the radio spectrum" and "facilitating PLT/PLC/BPL" has so-far
defeated everybody concerned.
