Brian, Many typos in my original June '07 e-mail. Meant to type "Hysterical Limit". 2mG came from MPR II Rules limit and was picked up by the non-scientific community as Dangerous Exposure Levels. It is my understanding this is the origin of the 2mG limit, which is indeed very low.
