Dear List Members,

Our OEM makes a Teflon and Tin film capacitor. The tin film is 7% lead and
there is no substitute metal that can be used in place of the lead in this
particular product.

Is there an exception to EU RoHS compliance for a Teflon and Tin film
capacitor since there is no substitute material? It will be used in commercial
equipment in the music industry and not sold to the typical consumer.

Thank you!

Christine Rodham
