My initial posting resulting in information that lead me 
To a dead end , regarding securing an Isolation Transformer.

Can anyone else supply me with a lead to a manufacturer ?

Can anyone supply me with information as to where
I can purchase Isolation Transformer for use in the lab.

While performing the some of the impulse surge testing
I need to have confident that none of the testing characteristic/impulse
surges are
Being fed back on to the 230v main. (wattage is <<10 watts )

I need to isolate the test equipment as well as the EUT from the mains
