Dear Learned Colleagues, When an application is a utility grade solar PV installation (e.g. solar "farm", NOT residential installation), would the term "power system" from CFR 47 Part 15 § 15.103 include the switching converters used to convert from DC to AC grid current? Here part of the text: § 15.103 Exempted devices. <snip>...
