The result of the vote on Draft for IEC 62684 was presented from IEC on 13-11-2010, the next step is vote on the final draft. The expected publication date as IEC 62684 is 2011-06-15. The Cenelec document may be issued on 2011-12-01 (indicated as Date of publication). As you can see you must have a little patience.
