I would be interested in more information regarding this India requirement.
This appears to be significantly higher than what is required in EN61000-4-3.

EN61000-4-3 is being referenced by others too. We completed a 200 v/m version
of EN61000-4-3 from 1 GHz to 18 GHz for the US Coast Guard.
