It's still an option. See clause 7 of the 2006 edition. You can either 
use the old instrument or a new instrument set to 5 Hz bandwidth instead 
of 50 Hz. Of course, if your product passes with 50 Hz bandwidth (and 
many do) you have no problem.

Clause 7 will not be deleted until a satisfactory solution has been 
developed for certain problems that the use of the 50 Hz bandwidth 
discloses. It doesn't seem that such a solution will be found soon.
