I think you will find that regulations for gas appliances are not 
harmonized within Europe yet. I'm not sure about that, but I think so.

I went to:

http://www.bsi-global.com/upload/Standards%20&%20Publications/shop.html

and put 'industrial gas heating' in the search box. It produces many 
British Standards and only a few BS ENs.
