Charles, I found acquisition of CNS 13438 to be difficult. Couldn't find it on the ANSI site. To purchase from cnsonline, you must purchase a HiTech prepaid card and that was the difficult part for us. The web site was difficult. We finally got our in-country rep. to get it for us. They said the website was too difficult and they went down to the BSMI office, purchased a paper copy, scanned it and sent it by e-mail.
