The way to deal with that is to agree a procedure with the Notified Body that minimizes the time scale. You mentioned analogue boards: they presumably don't produce significant emissions, but are ESD sensitive. So once you get the Notified Body to agree that your instructions to use ESD precautions (you could even add the required products to your range; they are usually not costly) are acceptable, that applies to all the boards at once. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
