I seem to recall a few years ago there was a thread here in which a list member was looking for a report template for EN 60950-1, similar to a CB Scheme type of report. The idea is simply to use that template to create a safety report in support of an LVD self-declaration. Does anybody out there have such a thing that they are willing to share? Or can you point me toward such an item online somewhere?
