I’m struggling, too.  It would appear as though you cannot correct for phase
angle variations in your LISN; it only affects your measurement uncertainty
calculations.  Phase angle would not be factored in to your test results or
your correction factors. If your LISN is bad or going bad, it should show up
during the attenuation and impedance test. Am I understanding this correctly?

I'm trying, but failing to understand why phase would be important for a LISN
or for any other transducer used during EMC evaluation.   Don't EMC receivers
report received signals as a scalar value?

Already in CISPR 16-1-2:2004 plus amendments 1 and 2. Added by Amendment
