Normally, consumer electronics would attract EN 55013 and EN 55020, but 
these are oriented very much towards entertainment products. However, 
they do apply to ordinary video cameras.

Nevertheless, I would not be unhappy to regard your product as similar 
to ITE for EMC purposes, and apply EN 55022 and EN 55024, which are much 
more clearly consistent with other EMC standards than EN 55013 and EN 
55002.

At some future date, there will be CISPR 32/EN 55032 and CISPR 
35/EN55035, which will apply to all 'multimedia' products, but these 
appear to be some years away from adoption.
