I’m used to just playing in the Information Technology world so now I’m
confused about the EMC standard for a Camera, actually its an infra-red camera
used for the general public hunters etc – not military, security. It has
optics and a pcb, along with a battery charger and I would like to continue on
with EN55022 and EN55024 but is there a more appropriate standard I should be
using – principally in the us we just have to worry about digitally derived
clocks, and whether or not its an intentional radiator. Our code of federal
regulations 47 doesn’t slice it much finer than that ( an
over-simplification) but EU seems to pigeon hole a lot more things even when
the limits are the same. (Okay two over-simplifications in one note)
