Niels in addition to Graces excellent reply - You will need to advise your
customer of the approvals process for an international radiator that is
included in the product with all the implications therein.

Niels,

There are two types of test labs that their certification test reports
are acceptable by the FCC: Accredited (by A2LA, ACLASS, or NVLAP) or
FCC 2.948 Listed (register with the FCC). You can search labs by the
link of https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/TestFirmSearch.cfm.
The web site lists labs providing test services to the public. It
doesn't include private labs owned by manufacturers.

If an end product subjects to the equipment authorization of
Declaration of Conformity (DoC), you have to choose an accredited lab.

I hope this helps.

With regards,
Grace
