Hi all,

A costumer would like to include his own built ZigBee module (2.4 GHz) in his
appliance, and sell it in the US.

As far as I can see from FCC 47 CFR part 15 the ZigBee module needs a
certification and a FCC ID, based on measurement of the radiated radio
frequency energy. Must these measurements and the belonging report be made by
a test lab accredited by FCC?

Best regards,

Niels Hougaard
