Because there is no good way to establish a radiated immunity field between
30-80 MHz at the level of accuracy required by EN61000-4-3. Consider both
antenna and absorber performance in this frequency range, and at higher field
intensities, required amplifier power.

Subject: Radiated Immunity

Can someone tell me why the Radiated Immunity testing is conducted from 80 Mhz
to 2 Ghz while Radiated Emissions is conducted from 30 Mhz to 1 Ghz (or 5th
harmonic), i.e. why the gap from 30 Mhz to 80 Mhz for Immunity?
