I would be very interested in the particulars for Russia.

What was the nature of the South American delays ? I have not had any
problems with changes to stuff that goes to Brazil or Argentina. Are there
specific problems with other South American companies ?

Dan is spot on.  Internationally you will have trouble with name mis-match
and I wouldn't limit that to Asia.  I have seen huge delays in the former
soviet union countries and South America due to name plates and
documentation not being identical.
