Christine, If you do not have a country rep, you can employ an registered agent to hold your technical file. UL/TUV safety not required for Australia but you must have a safety test report no matter if the product is perscibed or not. Perscrive products must obtain an electric approval in Australia For C-Tick (emc), an emc test report to meet Austrlaia/NZ requirements is all it takes.
