Thank you, Neven Pischl [email protected] EMC engineer to help create and document detailed test plans and procedures, perform hands on testing, summarize and present data internally, and create customer reports. Learn internal guidelines and provide feedback to PCB layout/design. Work with the design teams to troubleshoot as needed to meet EMC regulations. Work with Broadcom EMC expert for high level oversight, with software team to test and optimize internal test software, with vendors to help qualify components, with apps engineers, with customers, and with other EMC test engineers. Work in an R&D environment where chips, boards, components, software, test hardware, and test requirements may need to change rapidly. Willingness to learn, or in-depth knowledge of, various EMC requirements for ITE, including the test requirements, instrumentation, and setups. Hands-on familiarity with RF and EMC test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, EMC receivers, antennas, amplifiers, network analyzers. B.S., M.S., or PhD in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the field of EMC or RF/microwave, with experience with testing for Electro-Magnetic Compatibility. Need to be thorough, detail oriented and able to create detailed and clear reports using MS Office tools. Need to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with many different people and disciplines.
