AC Mains leakage testing

Hello Experts,
I am in the process of researching Regulatory leakage testing equipment for
industrial products and appliances, and wondered if there are any new types of
equipment out there I should be looking at.
Most types of leakage meters I have seen are equipped with a single internal
network, limiting the equipment to a single type of test. Are there other
alternatives, which provide for changing to different impedance models? Or are
most labs using small hand-built networks and digital RMS meters? I would like
to provide flexibility in the types of impedance networks that could be
tested, including the old-school UL/CSA, and IEC60990. Does anyone have any
recommendations?

Please feel free to contact me, off-line if desired.
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
