I recently saw a spec sheet on a dual-redundant pneumatic press control valve that specified the failure rate for the device as B10(Pa > 95%) > 8 x 10^6 cycles. I am familiar with B10, but I need clarification on what the Pa > 95% means. Is this another way of stating a 5% confidence interval? Any clarification would be appreciated! -- Doug Nix, A.Sc.T.
