Good afternoon,

Note 3 of Cl. 4.1 of 60950-22 states "In Finland, Norway and Sweden, the
temperature in winter may be extremely low. For OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT this will
demand special design so that the equipment can stand transport, erection and
operation/service at temperatures down to -50 deg C."

How would you interpret this Note:
A) This clause is not applicable as we specify the product is only suitable
for use in ambient air temperature range of -35 deg C to +50 deg C;
B) In order to comply with these countries requirements, the Mechanical Impact
test (Cl. 10.2) and the Gasket Compression test (Annex D.3) must be carried
out at -50 deg C instead of -35 deg C?

Thanks and regards,
Craig
