As suggested by Scott Douglas I have added my pictures to the EMC-PSTC
Online Community Forum web site. Anyone wishing to view these can log in and
go to Files and then Attachments. 

I have had a few helpful responses from members  - many thanks.

However, it looks like these connectors are proprietary and we are not going
to be able to source them.
