I got an interesting query on recycled LCD screen. I notice on internet shops
that they are on sale of 10.4 inch digital photo frame with recycled LCD
screen at a good price. Does it mean the LCD screen is a used one or the LCD
screen employs recycled materials? If the former case, do the sellers must
tell the customers by using “recycled LCD screen” by law like refurbished
products in EU countries? As all may know, the quality of screen deteriorates
against its service life. How can manufacturers control the consistent
quality?? If they just use recycled materials, it will make them in a bad
position to compete with others.

Regards,

Scott
