Reg,

The FCC states in a "prominent location". This is open to interpretation, but
I think all will agree that a prominent location would be where you have all
the relevant regulatory notices (safety, emc environmental, etc.), typically
in the beginning of the manual and befoire any operating instructions

        All,

Very simple question, can the FCC Statement be located anywhere within
the
tested product's manual, or
is there a specific location designated by the FCC as where it should or
shall be placed ?

This equipment has been tested and complies with the limits for a Class
A
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when
the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment
generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance with the instruction manual, might cause harmful
interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a
residential area is likely to cause harmful interference, in which case the
user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
Thanking you in advance for your input.

        Best Regards,
