I was not able to discern any new/additional changes to automotive EMC
requirements. Please advise on what I missed.

Do you people really spell it "tyre" ?

These Directives are also important for the European market in the future
because the Commission has “rejected” 50 (!) Automotive EC Directives
(including EMC!), so called CAR SAFETY PACKAGE which references the UN ECE
