It's low cost and seems to work well. It was designed by an ex- engineer from Agilent Technologies. Be sure to purchase the SMB to SMA adapter kit, as all the probes have SMB connectors - kind of rare in the EMC world. The set of E and H-field probes runs about $300, as I recall. As Edward mentioned, both E- and H-field probes are very easy to make >from short pieces of semi-rigid coax. The smaller loops should be good up to the GHz range, but you may need a preamp to see useable signals.
