I recommend the Fischer Custom Communications F-301 and a set of very small
geometry probes made by Langer EMV-Technik "RF 3mini". The Fischer probe is a
very well made, cost effective general purpose probe that is vastly superior to
the EMCO H-field probes. The Langer set is pricey, but the millimeter size
probe tips make it possible to narrow down to the pin level on fine pitch SMT
parts.

That said, I also have a handful of home made probes that work well.

Respectfully,

Brent DeWitt
