Not coming out, is out. Listed in the OJ back in November.

EN 55022:2006 is based on CISPR 22, Edition 5.0 with EU common modifications,
which were adopted into CISPR 22, Edition 5.0 with Amendment 2. Probably the
biggest change you'll note over EN 55022:1998 is the change in the ISNs used
for telecommunication port conducted emissions. You need to get your old ISNs
modified, or buy new ones. That, and the 10 dB relaxation in the limits from
6 MHz to 30 MHz for emissions from wanted signals is gone.

You will have to find a vendor who sells EN 55022:2006. CISPR 22, Edition 5.0
is no longer available for purchase on the IEC web site as CISPR 22, Edition
6.0 was published last September and they only keep the latest version
available on-line.

Don't forget that Amendment A1:2007 becomes mandatory on 1 October 2010.
That's Amendment 1 to CISPR 22, Edition 5.0 which adds limits from 1 GHz to 6
GHz.
