Hi , I'm not sure anyone ever answered your question. Personally, I doubt
there's an official cal procedure for these. HP calibrated their "doorstop"
probes. Mark Therrien (hope I've spelled his name correctly) was the designer
of these probes, but I don't believe he's with HP or Agilent any more. You may
be able to do some Google searches for his name and get more specific info on
the probe design and/or calibration procedure.
