I am looking for an equipment to measure leakage current for medical devices according to IEC 60601:05. I have difficulties to find one to measure leakage current for CF type patient connections with the accuracy of ± 5 % required by IEC 60601, or better (± 3,5 % as indicated in TR 62354). The limit for several measurement in this case is 10 micro amperes, and most of LC measurement equipments do not have the accuracy of ± 5 % or better for this current.
I would appreciate any suggestion of equipments.
