For Europe, I suppose the Generic EMC standards apply, and not the (heavy) industrial pair. But you need to assess the whole complex, because it might be better to apply more appropriate standards to some parts of it, e.g. the data processing part might be assessed with EN 55022 and EN 55024, or EN 55032 and EN 55035, depending on when the product is to be marketed.
