I think I answered this globally so I'll just do it locally for the moment. My 
humidity was a little on the low side, about 28% and theirs was closer to 38% 
or so. I would anticipate that might results would be the most harsh, but I am 
watching that as well. I was working in a Japanese factory on a design many 
years ago. The factors have no air conditioning of any type, and in the summer 
they have the windows open. I could absolutely tell when a storm unleashed 
rain, the humidity shot up and my ESD results got better.

A recent related (I think) incident. A neighbour brought me a display 
that was stuck in HDMI mode. None of the touch controls worked. But 
everything worked four hours later. I concluded that, even though the 
display had been in a heated house all the time, there had been 
condensation internally when it was moved from one room to another. So I 
think that VERY careful climatic control is necessary when doing ESD 
tests.
