FYI. Scanning the EU OJ just now, I noticed in OJ L063 (6-Mar) a new regulation (174/2013) and 2 entries relating to an international (EU-USA) agreement for an energy-efficiency labelling program for office equipment.
I haven't read into this just yet, but wanted to get the word out about it.
