Thanks. I did receive a reply from the IEC today. The delay would seem to be caused by my questions being routed to the correct person to answer it. Here is the answer I received:
"We currently, have addendums to the TRFs for national differences, that are made available only to our members. There will be a CMC meeting at the end of June, the final decision will be held at that point". So it would seem that since we are not an IEC member we wouldn't get the national differences if I ordered their TRF. I may be able to get it from our NB. We will see.
