OTOH, could be "very handy" in those countries which use US installation practice, but don't care too much for the "niceties" and it is common to use the NEMA 1-15P and 5-15P configurations for both 110-120 & 220-230V (I have heard that some parts of the Phillipines can be like that, although I obviously stand to be corrected), and where Agency logos are sometime less than totally legit ;-) .
