RoHS 2, 2011/65/EU, became effective 3 Jan uary 2013 as a CE marking directive.
Different scope extensions become effective through 2019. More substances are
under consideration for restriction; some reports on this are due in the summer
of 2014, as I recall.

Subject: [PSES] Directives applicable to ITEq

All,

Since I move between equipment types regularly it's a good time to
review the EU Directives that apply to ITEq and confirm which are needed on
the DoC.

Of course the LVD has ben applicable all along as has bhe EMC
Dirctive.  Please confirm the date the RoHS is a CE DoC requirement.

What others currently apply & what others are imminent.

        Thanx for your commments.
