Kim:

It is usually best to start out in EMC testing by taking your device to a
local test lab and watching very closely what they do, how they do it, and
what they use. After you see it up close once, then you can determine if you
really want to develop the internal expertise and hardware to do this on
your own. Many times, you can use generic test equipment to do a credible
engineering (or pre-test) evaluation, if that's all you really need.

Hi, group

I plan to measure the servo motor for emc test

so i looking for a device that can be to measure the Immunity in IEC 61800-3
is a relevant standard

Measurement immunity items is;

- commutation nothes (IEC 60146-1-1)

- Harmonics ralating to IEC 61000-2-4

61000-2-1

- etc

Please tell me if you know equipment manufacturers.
