Am I right in concluding that EN 61010 does not allow a Class I instrument to have a basic insulation between mains and secondary , but actually requires a reinforced (3500 Vac HiPot) insulation in all cases ?? If I am wrong, where to find the right clause ??? Regards, Ing.
