CPR - Construction Products Regulation (former CPD):
I've been told that CPR products have been potted on the marked, even though they clearly do not fulfill all the requirements for CE under the CPR regime. Is it allowed to place products into the marked if the manufactures <DoP - Declaration of Performance> states <NPD - No Performance Declared>? I didn't though so .
